Located 45 minutes west of Atlanta, our headquarters in Rockmart, Georgia houses a full service center, training facility, and our core administration. Below are some key members of our team.


Taylor Hughes

Taylor has been with the company since 2008, and at one point or another, has worked in every position at PDM. He has been instrumental in the growth of the business by training our team members and administration with the experience he has gained in each position. Taylor now manages nationwide operations, as well as assisting our sales, admin, and field service team with any issues they have by using his 17 years of experience in the industry to provide leadership in any needed areas. Taylor excels at approaching challenges with out of the box solutions and others at the company value his unique perspectives.

OPERATIONS MANAGER


John Cannon

John began his career in 2009 after serving in the Marines for 6 years. He worked as a lead field service technician all over the US for PDM before his current role, and is now onsite or in the office behind the scenes for many major projects. His military background and extensive knowledge of planning and execution make him a perfect fit for this role. John also works closely with the developers for our sister company to improve both technical and UI sections of Synergy, and is a large reason that this software is both effective and efficient.

PROJECT MANAGER


Adam Brinkley

Until 2024, Adam spent the entirety of his career with Georgia Power and their parent company, Southern Company. He began as an Auxiliary Equipment Operator, then moved into an electrician job at several of Georgia Power’s generating facilities. After 10 years in the field Adam stepped into a technical training role at Southern Company where he trained all of the apprentice and journeyman electricians at their many generating facilities across the southeast. PDM began a relationship with Adam when he brought our group in to teach some specialty classes on various electrical apparatus. Since joining PDM in January of 2024, Adam has completely restructured our training program and now handles both training and recruitment for our fast-growing business.

Richard Cannon

Richard worked with PDM from 2009-2012 before pursuing a degree in finance at UGA. After graduating college, he continued to assist us with large projects and has always been a welcome addition to our field team when we need additional manpower. When a sales position in the Southeast office opened up, Richard joined our team full-time. He is as excellent problem solver, critical thinker, and all-around integral team member. He sees every consultation with a client as a chance to assist in some way.
